REFUGIO (span.) the refuge. This fits perfectly into the Corona era, because here you will feel safe and comfortable. We have been living far away from the tourist zones on approx. 5000 m2 since 1984 and rent the El Refugio for max. 3 persons, the El Capitan for max. 6 persons and the Vista Montana for max. 4 persons. All holiday homes are walled and not visible. All have their own solar heated pool for exclusive, sole use. All have ASTRA satellite TV, well equipped kitchens, dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. All have two bathrooms (shower), in the Capitan 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (shower). Each accommodation has its own parking space and in winter they are heated with fixed infrared panels. Our house with the holiday objects is situated away from the tourist areas on a hillside with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. From this quiet urbanisation with only a few houses you can quickly reach supermarkets and restaurants with your rental car (can be ordered). The Famara beach (video 2 min.) is 15 km away, the golf course 6 km (video 2 min.)
This is also good: bed linen and towels are included and the prices are final prices. Cleaning is done once a week or as needed. The minimum stay is 7 days and the cost for 2 persons is 110 € per day. For each additional person 15 € per day are added, children up to 12 years old cost 50%. Pets by arrangement.
